Return Eligibility

Return requests should be started within 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks or scent, and with original tags and packaging where applicable. Final sale items, gift cards, intimate items, and items marked non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

How To Start A Return

Contact support before sending any item back. Include the order number, item name, and reason for return.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method or another approved resolution.
